What is a recruitment campaign?

A recruitment campaign is an advertising campaign for your vacancy, aimed at the people you're looking for rather than at everyone who happens to open a job board. We show your vacancy to people in the right region, at the moment they're on their phone. Anyone who's interested responds in about a minute, with no CV or cover letter.

The difference compared with a listing on Indeed or your own website: you don't wait for someone to find you, you go and find them. That works for scarce skilled trades, but just as well for office roles, hospitality or retail.

How it works, in four steps

  1. Introduction and vacancy analysis. We get to know your company and the role and work out which message will resonate with your candidate.
  2. Campaign live within 5 working days. Tailored ads and visuals, on the channels where your audience spends its time, usually Meta and Google.
  3. Screening by our recruiters. We call every applicant and only put the suitable candidates in your client portal, with a status per candidate.
  4. Hire and optimise. If someone isn't the right fit, we keep going until we get it right.

What it costs

A recruitment campaign has a fixed fee. There's no fee per hire: whether you take on one person or three, the price stays the same. Compare that with what an empty seat is already costing you: work it out with our vacancy cost calculator.
