We create tailored content and ad material and launch the campaign where your audience actually spends its time, usually Meta and Google, sometimes supplemented with other channels. Applying takes 60 seconds, straight from their phone.
Screening & introduction
Our recruiters call and assess every applicant personally. You don't get a pile of CVs, but a handful of people whose motivation and fit have already been checked, visible in your own client portal, with a status per candidate.
Hire & evaluation
No cost per hire, just a fixed fee. Candidate not the right fit? Then we keep going until we get it right. Through the client portal you tell us straight away what is and isn't working, so we can fine-tune the campaign.
