How quickly will I have the first candidates?
The campaign is live within 5 working days. Most clients see the first suitable candidates within a few weeks, on average around 5 weeks to a first hire, depending on the role and the region.
What does it cost, and is there a success fee?
A recruitment campaign has a fixed fee, with no cost per hire: you know exactly where you stand before we start. Hire one candidate or three from the same campaign, the price stays the same.
What if the candidates are not a good fit?
Then we keep going until we hit the mark. We adjust based on your feedback: in the client portal you can tell us straight away, per candidate, what works and what doesn't, so we can fine-tune the campaign.
Am I tied to a long contract?
No. We start with a no-obligation conversation and don't work with long-term commitments. If it doesn't click, we simply stop.
How do I see which candidates are coming in?
Every client gets their own login to our client portal: a live overview of candidates by status (new, under review, proposed, rejected), with the option to respond to each candidate directly.

Do you work internationally?
